Weekly service is priced by the actual maintained lawn area. Biweekly service, where available, may be priced at the next size tier because each visit involves more growth and cleanup.

This rate combines lawn size, access, and location. It is reserved for very small, simple lawns inside zip codes where NIKA already works regularly. If your lawn is tiny but outside an active route, we’ll quote it based on travel and scheduling.
